What was cleaned up

This page no longer includes JTforME-specific route packets, placeholder PDFs, or downloads whose main job was to send families back into a different site. That clutter is gone.

The on-site library is smaller, clearer, and less frustrating.

The footer, connect page, and section navigation are now FOCAF-focused instead of cross-site promotional.
